The Dunham Marsh Pool Pavilion and Club is a traditional southern clubhouse and community activity center which is expected to become the primary gathering spot for the residents of Dunham Marsh. The expansive Jr. Olympic sized swimming pool amenity will include a beach access splash pool and children's play area. The Pool Pavilion and Club is expected to host both indoor and outdoor parties. There will also be a fitness center with an indoor area for Pilates, yoga, and other such activities as well as a meeting room and small serving kitchen. The outdoor gazebo and veranda with an outdoor fireplace will be ideal for afternoon get-togethers.
Advantage has been taken of the pristine marsh front that graces the Eastern edge of Dunham Marsh. Here will be groomed walking paths, lookout points and sitting areas that have been carefully placed to enhance the Low country ambience of this exceptional setting beneath a canopy of live oaks and tall pines.
The marsh frontage will be ideal for exercise as well as bird watching and just enjoying the unique natural setting of the area. An observation pier will be carefully sited out into the marsh grasses at one of the best locations for observing the waterfowl that all call this home.
Homeowners at Dunham Marsh will automatically receive a 1 year family golf membership to the Waterford Landing Golf Club, less than ten minutes from Dunham Marsh. The Waterford Landing Golf Club fronts on a broad tidal marsh and is an excellent, well-groomed par 70, 18-hole course that is one of the most popular courses in the two-county area.
